  1. Few things:

    1. In the Constitution under Article. VII Sec. 1, it states that There shall be three standing committees of the RHA and then goes on to list only two; The Campus Change Committee, and the Leadership & Events Committee. Is the third committee the RHC? If so we should add that in there.

    2. In the By-Laws under Article I Sec. 1 Part 4-D, there is a typo, it should say Good Academic Standing (not Sanding)

    3. In the By-Laws under Article I Sec. 7 Part 2-C 11. it says serve on the Campus Change Issues Committee. Is issues supposed to be in the name, I thought it was just the Campus Change Committee. it is also listed in the same section under Part 2-E 4.

The constitution is important because it helps give our organization order and guidelines to help conduct our business effectively. It also allows outsiders a quick glance at how we operate and explains exactly what we do as an organization.

In my list of responsibilities, I believe while all are important, some of the most is for me to preside at all meetings of the RHC, and Arrange for requisition of funds for RHA Purposes.

  2. In the Constitution in Article VII section 1 it says that there are three committees of RHA, however there are only two committees listed. I was not aware of the Campus Change Committee and the Leadership and Events Committee but if there was another committee I think it should be listed.

In the By-Laws in Article 1 Section 8 Part 4 it lists the duties of the Chancellor's Coalition on Problem Drinking Representative, but I do not remember having a member attend the meetings last semester. I was just wondering if this position still existed and if we will have a representative at our meetings next week.

My binder is well organized and clearly written so I do not have any questions relating to it.

The Constitution is important to our organization because it outlines our organization so we can work efficiently. Also, it reminds us of what we stand for as an organization but it also lets others know what we stand for.

In the list of responsibilities outlined in the By-Laws, some of the more important responsibilities of my position include: taking the minutes at all of the meetings, keeping all the records up to date, maintaining the Orgsync account, and coordinating elections.

  3. No questions at this point! The Constitution is important because it provides a foundation for the org. We use the Constitution during meetings and outside of meetings if needed. The most important responsibility I have would be to create those team builders that involves member acclimation, goal setting, collaboration, leadership development, and critical thinking.

  4. The constitution is important because it forms the basis of what our organization is and how we will make it up. We use it to start and then guide our organization from year to year.

The most important responsibilities I have as NCC are to communication with other campuses, plan conferences, and represent UW-Stout at these conferences.

  5. I couldn't find anything that I have question on so far! The constitution is important because it gives a guide line to what we should follow and how to keep the origination running smoothly. The most important responsibility I have at VP is to make sure the budget is kept up to date also to get RHA involved in homecoming and relay for life.
